NORTHGLENN, CO — April 03, 2024

On Wednesday, April 03, 2024, through Tuesday, April 16, 2024, the Colorado Real Estate Journal featured the successful sale of a 29,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial property located at 10880 Leroy Drive, Northglenn.

Tanner Digby of Digby Commercial Advisors and C. J. Anania represented the sellers, Dom and Ana Kickbush. The buyer, SLLI Properties, LLC, was represented by a residential broker who is a family friend.

The buyer intends to occupy a portion of the building for its limousine company while continuing to lease the remaining units to support debt service.

The property’s appeal included its clear height, separately metered units, heavy three phase power, and stable tenant base. According to Adams County public records, the building was constructed in 1977.
