Digby Commercial Advisors was featured in the IOS Daily List for the lease completion at 1280 West 64th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The IOS Daily List highlighted the transaction as part of its November 14 industry updates.

The 1.29 acre industrial outdoor storage site offers immediate access to I-76 and is located in Unincorporated Adams County. Tanner Digby, SIOR, represented the landlord, Rio Bravo Land Company. Tanner Gillis with Unique Properties represented the tenant, Franky’s Roofing Co.
