in the Colorado Real Estate Journal

The Colorado Real Estate Journal highlighted the recent sale of a flex property in North Golden in its November 19 through December 2 issue. The publication details the sale of a 9,624 square foot flex building located at 5920 McIntyre Street on 0.99 acres.

The seller was represented by Wade Wilson and Tanner Digby of Digby Commercial Advisors.

The publication notes that approximately 90% of the building consists of office space and 10% is configured as flex industrial space. Located in unincorporated Jefferson County, the asset includes twin-T construction, heavy power and outdoor storage. The property is zoned I-3 which allows a wide range of industrial and flex uses.

Its location provides access to major transportation routes and proximity to North Golden amenities and the local workforce.
