We’re proud to be featured on page 31 of the September 2024 issue of the Colorado Real Estate Journal, highlighting a recent sale we facilitated in the West Denver submarket.
In August 2024, a local auto repair facility at 4465 Garrison St. in Wheat Ridge was sold to Wheat Ridge Auto Holdings LLC in a $1.88 million sale. The seller, Anthony Marchese, transferred ownership of the property, which features a 4,320-square-foot Class B building, built in 1996 and zoned C-1. The building occupies just under an acre near West 44th Avenue, about 1.5 miles southeast of the Kipling Street exit on I-70 in the Kipling neighborhood. The new owner plans to use the property for its growing multi-location automotive service operation.
