Digby Commercial Advisors is pleased to announce that Tanner Digby was featured in the Commercial Real Estate Journal (CREJ) – Page 11 for his role in the sale of a central Denver industrial property.

The transaction involved two industrial buildings totaling 12,600 square feet, located at 4078-4080 Globeville Road on a 0.84-acre parcel. The property sold for $2.33 million in June 2024.

Stonebrook Realty Group acquired the site to operate its general contracting business. Key features that attracted the buyer included the central location, a fenced yard, and the ability to operate out of two buildings.

Tanner Digby represented the seller, while James McGill and Chris Schultz of JLL represented the buyer.
