Lauren Moyer of Digby Commercial Advisors represented Foundation Vehicles, LLC in the successful lease of an approx. 12,000-square-foot industrial building in Golden, Colorado. The short-term lease, beginning October 28, 2025, supports the company’s relocation of production from Massachusetts and expansion of its operations, which also include a facility in Oregon.
The Jefferson County property is zoned I-3 with exposure to I-70 and features 30’–33’6” clear heights, one 14’x14’ drive-in door, one 12’x14’ drive-in door, and one 12’x14’ dock-high door.
Foundation Vehicles is a premium final-stage vehicle manufacturer specializing in insulated vehicle bodies for Mercedes, Ford, Chevrolet, and Ram chassis. Their products serve both recreational and commercial markets, recognized for exceptional insulation, strength, and material innovation.
Chris Ball represented the landlord in this transaction. This six-month lease allows Foundation Vehicles to continue production and manufacturing while finalizing their relocation plans.
