$1.3M Retail Sale in Golden off I-70

We’re proud to share that Tanner Digby of Digby Commercial Advisors was recently featured in the Colorado Real Estate Journal for facilitating the sale of a 10,469-square-foot multi-tenant retail building in Golden, Colorado.

The property, located at 3015 Youngfield Street, sits just off the I-70 East Youngfield exit. Tanner represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction, which closed for $1.3 million.

The property was approximately 50% occupied at the time of sale, and the buyer plans to invest in capital improvements and lease out the remaining space — a smart move in Golden’s competitive retail corridor.
