Digby Commercial Facilitates Denver & Arvada Industrial Sales

In July 2024, Digby Commercial Advisors successfully completed two industrial property transactions in the Denver metro area, demonstrating the firm’s expertise in local industrial real estate. These sales were featured in the Colorado Real Estate Journal (CREJ), highlighting Digby Commercial Advisors’ continued impact on the Front Range industrial market.

The first sale involved a 53,420-square-foot, four-building industrial property in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood. Located on 3.2 acres near Interstates 25, 70, and 76, the property featured high-clearance units, oversized drive-in doors, and individual gas heaters. Tanner Digby represented both buyer Greenwich Street Capital and the seller, 6232 Beach LLC, guiding the transaction and highlighting opportunities for long-term rental growth.

The second transaction included two industrial condominium units near I-70 and Sheridan Boulevard in Arvada, totaling 8,495 square feet. With clear heights from 10 to 21 feet and a mix of warehouse and office space, the units were acquired by CJB Enterprises LLC to serve as their new headquarters for a guitar amplifier business. Tanner Digby and Wade Wilson brokered the sale, assisting the seller whose business had outgrown the space.
