Digby Commercial Advisors is pleased to announce that a recent transaction facilitated by President Tanner Digby was featured in the Commercial Real Estate Journal (CREJ).

The deal involved the purchase of a 1.06-acre parcel located at the intersection of Indiana Street and West 82nd Avenue in Arvada, Colorado. The property, located at 14750 W. 82nd Avenue, sold for $600,000 in July 2024.

Metronet Infrastructure Group LLC, a national fiber-optic service provider, acquired the site and will utilize it for critical equipment supporting its broadband infrastructure.

Tanner Digby of Digby Commercial Advisors represented the buyer in the transaction. Greg Kelley of Re/Max Professionals represented the seller, the Estate of Muriel L. Lord.
