Wade Wilson and Tanner Digby, SIOR, of Digby Commercial Advisors represented the seller, Tewes Properties LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, NEM Investments 13301 LLC, was represented by Andrew Blaustein of Newmark.
The seller, an owner/user operating as Free Spirit Recreation, designs industry-leading rooftop tents known for their quality and innovation. As part of an evolving business model, the company is transitioning to a third-party logistics (3PL) distribution system, which allowed them to sell their Golden facility and streamline operations.
